Before you begin
A wallet is not only a username and balance. It is a financial relationship connected to a trusted identity and authorized devices. Prepare a phone number you control, enter identity details exactly as documented, and never share a verification code.
Setup steps
- Create the person account and complete the required verification.
- Review your name and phone number before confirming the identity.
- Enable a strong sign-in method, then add biometrics after the first successful login when available.
- Create the wallet in the supported currency appropriate for your use.
- Review wallet limits and balance states before receiving funds.
- Run a small first transaction and confirm that it appears in activity history.
Understand the balances
Available balance can be used now. Pending balance belongs to a transaction that is incomplete or still processing. A notification or screenshot is not final proof of payment; the LuxPay transaction state and its record are the authoritative reference.
Protect the wallet from day one
- Do not reuse a password from another service.
- Never approve an unfamiliar device.
- Review beneficiary, amount, and currency before confirmation.
- If a phone is lost, follow account recovery and revoke trust from the old device.
- Do not send identity documents or secret codes to support over unapproved channels.
