A wallet is not one number
A person or business can hold more than one wallet by currency or operating purpose. Two currencies are not combined into one balance, and an estimated converted value is not presented as actual funds. Each currency keeps its own record, limits, and settlement context.
Balance states
- Available: usable within current limits.
- Pending: connected to a transaction that has not reached finality.
- Reserved: temporarily allocated to an obligation or in-flight action.
- Unavailable: restricted by a control, review, or financial condition.
A request interface can complete while its financial effect remains processing. Follow the transaction state rather than manually calculating from notifications.
Currencies
LuxPay displays every wallet with an explicit currency and separates local-currency variants when they have different operating or valuation rules. Currency conversion, when offered, is a distinct action with a rate, record, and approval—not a silent balance edit.
How to read an entry
Review description, amount, currency, state, timestamp reference, and counterparty. When a state changes, history keeps the sequence rather than hiding the earlier stage.
