Before sending
Verify beneficiary identity, amount, currency, and purpose. Do not rely on a similar display name alone, and do not follow requests to make a test transfer and return funds outside the original flow.
Transfer journey
- Choose the correct wallet and currency.
- Select the beneficiary through a trusted method such as a QR code or saved record.
- Review fees, limits, and the final summary.
- Confirm once and wait for the result.
- If the state is pending, do not create a second transfer before checking history.
- Share a safe transaction reference when needed, never a sign-in or verification code.
Receiving funds
Present an appropriate receiving identity and confirm that the transaction appears in LuxPay with the expected state. A screenshot from the sender’s phone or an unverified message is not sufficient evidence for releasing high-value goods.
When something goes wrong
Do not compensate with an unrelated manual transfer. Record time, amount, currency, and safe reference, then use Payment troubleshooting. When intervention is required, follow Support escalation.
